Hi, I saw this and just thought I'd say hi and thank you to Grandpa Lovegood and Duddahs for starting this. It's nice to have this lounge to come to and relax. Thank you for inviting me and I love the new fireplace too!

Just popping in for a quick hello. Everything looks very cozy here. I did see Luna when I first logged on Grandpa and now it's the fireplace. That fireplace does look so inviting!
Have a great day all-going to take Andy for a walk before it gets too hot.

Hello... Guys. I too am glad that all of you popped in here. Rallem.. I still need to find where I put my glasses. I've been wanding around all day without them. I like the quick reply feature, too. Does it mean that it's only for short responses? Or is it just easier/quicker than clicking "reply?"
Ah...I see one difference...there is no access to smileys this way...

Yeah,... no smilieys.. but then if I just noticed it does not haveall of the previous responces at the bottom below the reply in box. Then when just reading the thread, you won't have to wait for another screen to load just to say something. I don't think the size of what you want to type in will matter... but then again, I guess we will find out. |

The smileys seem to have changed since yesterday...
...and it IS pretty cool being one of the "original members" of a board!

Wow... I'm glad you feel that way...  About the smilies.. I'm in the process of setting them up for each of the skins. The normal default ones will show up on the ones I had not reset yet... so I'm tinkering still and having a ball. As for being an original member.. here in a few minutes, I'm going to make it known over at Mal's that I created this site. I say she gave me a safe home for a year to play and have fun. So I'll let those there have a heads up and welcome them here for as long as they like to be.... and I still encourage those of you to still post there.. I know I will be here, there and still over at the WB. I just figured I'd get my own place. People had been suggesting that I do for a LONG time.. until now, I had no idea how to go about it. Tomorrow we will go public. By that meaning.. a webmaster's link to the WB... Of course this means we have to make sure we keep to their guidelines so not to lose that link. I'm not really that worried about it. You guys are all great as far as I'm concerned. |
