Wee... hoo... Could this one possibly be Death's cloak of invisibility? I am sorry to say, it is not the Cloak of Invisibility though they may well have met each other some time in their pasts. The coat I wear was handed down by my family and forever we will not last.

Coat hmm? much to ponder.

This last one is the one I was most stumped on Miss Charlotte. I did have a guess but it doesn't seem to fit with all the clues. I'm interested to see what you come up with.

Alright I'll try again... maybe some guess I might make might jog something in Fangsfan's thought process and then a better guess might come forth, because I too am at a loss for words. SO.. Here it goes. 5. A coat like no other, emblazoned upon my face, it was just a matter of time for us to die out of our race. Black as coal and cold as ice, I was once worn by those who were never really very nice. I came again one day to be found in the house of my mother, an innocent lost among the people of her town. For one day I was found by the rightful heir, having been stolen from where it was found once again by the one with the serpentine stare. ... I am sorry to say, it is not the Cloak of Invisibility though they may well have met each other some time in their pasts. The coat I wear was handed down by my family and forever we will not last. ... I almost want to say the coat of arms that belong to the Black family. I"ll make a better guess here in a bit. Another part of me, wants to guess the Horcrux Locket... but that does not fit.

BUT If you somehow combined both of your answers into one thought, I can see how you could come up with the correct ID! For my coat sit above one like the mark left on the inside of a shirt collar. Those who one has lost may also come back once all three have been assembled and my secrets may come and holler.

Miss Charlotte my guess for this was originally the ring but I'm still not sure if it's right. It seems to fit some of the clues-it's black and I think the coat of arms might be on it. And the innocent mother in the riddle could be Merope. So-is it the ring?

I think this may be the ceiling of the Great Hall?
I loved number one, that was cool Fawkes and well done Miss Charlotte. Number two so far I'm totally stumped by, interested to see if anyone else comes up with an answer.
