I think this is the Dept of Magical Games and Sports. On the 7th floor of the Minstry of Magic and they are in charge of Quidditch impliments and those of other games.

Ok, time to admit that the last two have me totally stumped. Here is just a guess for this one. It's obviously something to do with memory loss. The only thing I can think of is the room in the Dept of Mysteries that turned back time-the one that turned the Deatheater into a baby. Turning back time would make you lose your memories of previous events, I would think???

I'm wondering if these are the elevators in the ministry of magic? They're the first things you approach to go to any of the departments, and there is the voice which guides witches and wizards to their destinations at each floor.

Erin, your insight is correct in a way, but it is not the answer to the present Riddle Fawkes must say. Though all locations in the Ministry are in play, it is this floors office that gives all the Yay or Nay.

My first thoughts were, these were the first places Harry had visited, in order that were at the Ministry of Magic. But off hand I don't remember him ever really going to visit Mr. Weasley at work. I'd have to look that one up. He might have. Even then, I don't remember him ever visiting the Magical Games and Sports department.

SO! My second thought has to do with that guy who was a big quidditch play hero, who dressed up like a Windborne Wasp (or something like that). Na. All of these places have more to do with Arthur than this guy.
