OK. I think the color red is where I'm going to focus my answer on this one also, the words, "state your business."

I LOVE the screencap where Mr. Weasley and Harry take the muggle entrance to the Ministry of Magic. You know the old police box or what looks like a phone booth to Americans. I guess it really is a phone booth. The Police box is blue and I'm getting that mixed up with my watching too much Doctor Who. LOL! So.... my answer is the red colored phone muggle booth that doubles as a muggle entrance to the London Ministry for Magic.
