4. Due to the knit one and the pearl two of another, a lone soul did Gryffindor ever to clean did bother. Though buttons and dues were set up to bring those together, all it did was go away as quickly as the weather.
I have been totally stumped on this one and now on rereading it I suddenly came up with an idea. Could it possibly be SPEW? The knit one and pearl two could be Hermione knitting hats and mittens to free the house elves. The mention of Gryffindor-this was where Hermione left the clothes and was the lone soul mentioned Dobby? He was the only one who ever took the clothes. And also there is the mention of dues that were paid and the buttons were the buttons the SPEW members were given to wear. And in spite of all Hermione's hard work, this committee never really caught on, thus the mention of disappearing. Fawkes, could the answer be SPEW?

I wanted to tackle number 5 as I just love the rhyming that you did in that one Fawkes. But I had to tackle this one when I saw it was about Hufflepuff! I think this is the Fat Friar, Hufflepuff's resident friendly ghost. He is indeed very welcoming and I think that was the first thing he said to the new first years-that he hoped they would be sorted into his house. And of course that gave away the fact that he belonged to Hufflepuff House.

This one reaks of the girls bathroom. Thank goodness not the boys.
Lou or Loo is another way to say bathroom over there in Europe. Nothing makes her happy. Myrtle moans and complains and cries all of the time. A girl (Olive Hornby if I remember correctly) made fun of Myrtle's glasses, sending her to the bathroom to cry, which was when Tom Riddle set the Basilisk on her.
So, I'll have to say that Moaning Myrtle has to be the answer you are looking for.

2. To put quill to parchment though invisible it may be, this is the way some of us read. To Sir Nick one was sent denying him yet once again, we know it was scrawled with a quill, not with a pen.

The Bloody Baron and the Grey Lady of Ravenclaw. Rowena was the one who sent the Baron to Helen, he stabbed her in a jealous rage which caused her to become a ghost-pale as gas. They are in different houses and because of what they Baron did they will never be wed as was originally planned.

Well, looking at the rest of the answers and seeing LOTS of ghosts, I should be shaking in my shoes.
communication, speaking, pearly whites - I think of teeth. na. talking that is a lost art - parceltongue? I'll keep that in mind.
pen and ink - writing? coupled with the above, I think of Riddle Diary. Yep, you have to be smart to know how to work that.
"WE?" " that is pearly and white?" - dead person. Can't be Riddle from the diary. I also go back to teeth, which would be the Basilisk's teeth. But they don't communicate.
Back to the drawing board....
Don't know what a druther is... so.... ? Sounds negative
OK. Conversation... I still have the COS stuck in my mind. Sounds an awful lot like a PASSWORD spoken to something you'd rather not speak to. Could the door to the Secret Chamber AND the Riddle diary?
OK... I'll narrow it down. I'll guess the Basilisk down in the chamber of secrets.

Sorry Miss Charlotte, a Basilisk is not what Fawkes does seek. Now think of the mode of information Sir Nick did receive. It once again contained the denial he had so become use too, now go on, get to it, read it well and Fawkes will then not have to say Boo!
