There was an old Aunt name of Marge, With a dog and an appetite large, She spoke badly of Lily, Then ballooned, looking silly, In the air she's no longer in charge.

Uncle Vernon, who thought he was tough, hated magic, he cut up real rough, til his son's piggy tail, caused his courage to fail, And that's only the start of the stuff.
Sister Marge swelled from head to her feet, Dudley's tongue swellled from eating a sweet, He got owls by the dozen, Because Dudley's cousin, Was a wizard nobody could beat.

"Fight, fight, for brave Regulus fight! For the one who improved house elves' plight" That was Kreacher's brave cry, As he fought, do or die, With the medal of Black gleaming bright.

A portrait for Albus-the best, That sly Phineas passes the test, You can leave out Dolores, But we all cry in chorus, Put a portrait of Snape with the rest!

My large, hairy Care of Beasts teacher, Assigned me a book about creatures It went on a tear, But I stroked it with care, Then it showed me its magical features.

Hermione kissing Ron was a shock. But their love was as solid as a rock. Year one, he sent her crying. Year seven he felt like dying. Goblet of Fire he wore a cool frock.
Hey... his outfit to me was cool. It just needed to be mended and a bit of cleaning.

Yeah I agree Miss C, I always thought Ron looked cute in those robes.
They all said the Chamber was lore, Til the spiders showed up on the floor, Harry went down to check Risked his blood and his neck, And the phoenix tears saved lives once more.

Not a limerick but.....
I'm thankful for Hagrid, that loveable lunk, And thanks to Hermione, brilliance and spunk, I'm thankful for Neville, a Gryffindor true, And the red headed twins and their great u-no-poo, I'm thankful for Harry, the star of the show And Ron who'd stand by him, wherever he'd go. I'm thankful for Albus who ran the whole school, And Luna-she's goofy but nobody's fool, For Dobby who fought to give free elves a break, And Kreacher who fought for brave Regulus sake, I'm thankful for Figg and her cats and the smell, For Hedwig the owl who served Harry so well, For Dudley the cousin who wasn't so bad, For Arthur who may be the world's greatest dad, And thanks to McGonagall, teaching's her call, And Flitwick-a genius although he's quite small, I'm thankful for Peeves who can give me a giggle, And Nick who's so kind though his head likes to wiggle. I have to stop somewhere with many unsaid, But I'll mention two more who are stuck in my head, I'm thankful for Molly who made them all lunch, And especially for Jo who created this bunch.

Thank you Miss C and Duddahs!
There once was a trio of owls, One was Snowy white, lovely and proud One was old as the hills, But he still worked his fill, And the small one was wild, fast and loud.

Oh so much fun Fangsfan1!
Love those little Owls....
There once was a Owl who loved to flutter and hoot. Round your heads he was often to scoot A bother to the best friends forever of undesirable number one Yes the Ginger who could barely cast a good stun. Yet he was much faster than the family's Old Hoot Coot.
