The wind beneath my wings, As one seeks what my capture brings. With all of my might, I put up a good fight, And I soar on until the winning bell rings.

Go to Hogsmeade as much as you can, They've a sweet shop that's best in the land, If you can't get permission, Don't start a petition, The Maurauders will show you a plan.

While you float on the lake, A quick tickle is all it will take. Then a dive below, To play with the Grindylow. Then watch out for my mighty wake.

Mr Prongs is the dad of The One, Mr Lupin is always great fun, Mr Padfoot will lick you, But old Wormtail will trick you, With treachery second to none.

How the golden platters at the feast did shine, and the plentiful array of food was simply divine. How we loved the bangers and mash, and the baked potato's made for such a smash. What a wonderful way for a young wizard to fine dine.

What a wonderful way for a young wizard to fine dine. Oh my, this one made me so hungry Duddahs-I adore bangers and mash!

Hogwarts Exists (to the tune of My Favorite Things from The Sound of Music).
Kneazles and Nifflers and Magical Creatures, Powerful house elves named Dobby and Kreacher, Thestrals that fly though not all see their wings, These are a few of those magical things
Centaurs who live in a Forest Forbidden, Staircases move though you'd swear that they didn't, Yule Balls with Weird Sisters playing that swing, These are a few of those magical things.
When my brew fails, when my toad bails, When I'm feeling sad, I simply remember that Hogwarts exists, and then I don't feel so bad.
Triwizard tourneys with veelas to marry Neville and Gran saying "We believe Harry" Gameskeepers carrying keys to all things, These are a few of those magical things
Chambers with secrets that keep your blood chilling, Trees with real fairies if Flitwick is willing, Armour that moves and at Christmas they sing, These are a few of those magical things,
When those howlers, Come with growlers, Cause my Mom's so mad, I simply remember that Hogwarts exists- And then I don't feel soooo bad! , (as I explained on the other limerick thread, I originally intended to start a new thread called Potter on Broadway. This would be HP songs based on songs from Broadway musicals. I wasn't sure there'd be enough for a whole thread so decided to just add them on this one.)

Through the day the butterfly's did fly, Into the night the festivities did not die. Till a Patronus did interrupt And the trio apparated so abrupt. Only to live in a house like a pig sty.

Our Miss Granger liked studying stuff, But to fit all those classes was tough, Til Minerva made nice, With time turning device, But it sure made her social life rough.

Ron Weasley once had a pet rat. In Ron's shirt pocket he often sat. Till the news one day broke that the dark lord's voice once again spoke, And that rat nearly got himself eaten by Hermiones cat.
