There must be a major glitch between your PS2 and the PC version I have. More often then not, you guys have more in your games than the PC version does but I do have the stop working and I am sure that it would be kinda frustrating to play without it..
Kind of how the old MYST game was when you had to write down you codes at the end of the game to go back. Those protocols were brutal!

I had a whole notebook filled with stuff I needed to keep track of for MYST! I got rid of it on purpose, once I finished, so that when I play it again, I have to truly start all over! LOL I loved how in the later games, you could just take a picture to keep in your game journal, and refer to those, instead! Erin

Erin I agree, it did get much easier but the first one was a real pain in the butt~ But it was a truly fantastic game and got me to learn how to use the computer!

i still haven't bought the DH game and i don't think i will, as i don't have a PS3 and i won't bother getting it for PC. no point, judging from what bea and others have said.
i liked the lego HP years 1-4 but didn't love it. sometimes it was a bit dark and made it harder to play. i also wish the characters were a little bigger so it would be easier to see, it's not like a PSP has a 19" screen! ;D at times the game would glitch and the game was also a little on the short side. i found all items, characters, etc...but still missing 2 wizard hats in year 2...i've gone through it several times to no avail lol. all in all, it was a cute game, but could have some improvements.

JB...it's different on different formats. There are no wizard hats to find on Lego HP for wii. There are red bricks that give you different abilities, some just for fun, but others quite useful. There are TONS of characters you have to find, you have to save students in peril. There's 4 pieces of a Hogwarts crest in each level (6 for each year) that you have to find. I have all the crest pieces, and I need a few more red bricks, and students in peril. I still have some characters to find, and I found most of the gold bricks (some you get with saving students in peril, completing a crest, and making "True Wizard", which you get if you collect enough tokens in each level). I find it a lot of fun, and now that I've made it through all the levels twice (once as different members of the trio, and once as Barty Crouch Jr., since he's the only wizard I ahve with dark magic), I am having fun exploring the castle, and am finding lots more things, like clocks where Hermoine can use her time-turner and then you find more things in the area you're in. This is one of my favorite games! And because I'm playing it on our TV, they're big enough to see.

OK, I have been a little bit of a house bound recently and was playing my EA Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows 1 game.
I have it on PC version as are all of my other Harry Potter games. What I want to know is did anyone here get the Deathly Hallows 2 game? It seems there are two PC versions, one is in the mid Twentys and the other is around Fourty dollars.
Is there a difference that anyone noticed or what version might you have? I would hate to have to buy both versions only to find they are the same and be charged Fifteen dollars difference just for packaging.
Thanks in advance everyone.

Thanks JB, Yes I have googled the game but nothing seems to explain the differences between the two types available.
The two types are available on Amazon and even there it does not make it clear what the difference is but the price sure is.
I do not mind paying the higher price if the game is that much better. Maybe one is in HD while the other is not? That I do not believe I would pay $15.00 difference, but if one comes with additional material or the like, I would not bat an eye.
I spoke with my J.J. a few days ago and asked him to put the feelers out at the University just in case someone there might know. He told me he doubts that many of the other students would be willing to admit to still playing the HP games but he is sure a great deal of them do in reality.

Duddahs has a few spare hours today, for the first time in eons, so Duddahs decided to pop in his EA Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets PC/DVD game. After many attempts to get the program to load into Duddahs new Lap top, he came to the realization that the new computer system of Microsoft 10 will not support the game.
Duddahs went on a google search to find out that XP was the last program system that would support the game. Now what is Duddahs to do? He loves the earlier games so much more than the later ones. Sad, sad indeed.

This is great news fangsfan1. Duddahs recently purchased a refurbished lapto via Amazon which was only loaded up to Windows XP. This was the only way the ole bird could enjoy the EA Harry Potter games that he already owns.
Now with your great information, Duddahs and all of the other Lovegood Lounge members will be able to enjoy more classic HP fun.
Thank you very much!
