Sirius in his dog shape, though he was mistaken to be the grim Shadowcat, I would have to say that you are close enough now for credit of a Correct Answer.. What I was completely looking for were "Sirius Clouds" You see during the Quidditch Match in PoA, Harry was startled to see the cloud shaped Grim just before the Dementor in the sky. So, good job all, and an all New Fawkes Burning Quiz will be up in no time at all.

Once upon a time long ago in the 60’s, there was a short lived television show. Its title was named for this family name which must grow. Could it be Ginny Weasley? She was the first girl among many boys she loved the scarred one, Harry, and she used her bat bogey hex to help him.

In fact it is not a person but a place and name of the place of what I speak. Take a look once more at the Quiz as a whole, and maybe you will see the connection from riddle to riddle for that is the editions main goal.

Think, think, if you were to give your owl a letter what would it say where it says address? (and just to point out, the Burrow is more a place than a house. There is the house at Burrow but the rest of the land and buildings are what makes up "The Burrow")

I can't help but think of Bill Weasley and his wife Fleur must be the daughter of the Huguenots... But Bill is the answer you must be looking for.
