1. So warm and dry, I will fall from inside but above and will surely fool your eye. Sounds to me like the snow from the enchanted ceiling in the great hall. Yes, yes, yes Miss Charlotte, you are correct! Very good!

I believe I know what number two is, but I will leave that one for Fangsfan. SO.... I'll attempt this one. While those who’s throws caused these to fly.To the Gryffindor Common Room its panes must despise. Well.... right off the bat, I think of Hermione. She's the only one who looses her temper and throws things AND is a Gryffindor. Yet a bludger comes to mind as well. For inside are it’s charges being tormented they say, for they were not to partake in this game with these today.I think of her birds and how she torments Ron. Then how he loves to play Quidditch and there be the snitches. Then also bludgers like to put those who play the game in the hospital wing too. Hmm... SO... I say if you are looking for a flying thing that is in a game... I'll have to say Quidditch balls.

But alas, the answer is incorrect. Please do try again, and I do hope fangsfan1 will stop by and try again too. It has been too long a stretch without her. I still see Quidditch balls of sorts. I guess since you said my pervious answer was incorrect that you must be looking for a specific ball to be named. So....
I want to ask if it could possibly be a Quaffle? Still, that only fits for the first part and not the last. You can't play ANY of the game unless you have all of the balls for there. Maybe it's the person you are looking for? I normally skip over reading the Quidditch parts of the books...
so.. taking a guess could the answer possibly be the Chaser?

To be hot you need to be cold, and probably young and not too old. For a ball made of this is so very much fun.. Go on take another look at the this form of H2O cold one.

Erin Well, I see that the one who is named after a flower and a color has you run a stray. But to see it you might mix Red and Blue then call it a day. Oh the last of her name is like dirt some may say, but shades of it like Chocolate will make you scream hurray. Now go out and get what she had made fall from above, while her Ginger of the 3 had by then fallen out of love!

Ah, dear buckbeak he did have four feet, but is not the one that Fawkes does seek. You see, there must be something clouding our mind, to keep this canine from being an easier find. For if you remember the Quidditch Match passed long after December when the wind did blow and the Dementors did show. What was it that took poor Harry by surprise? It was this sighting of the one that was so despised!

Hey... Question... Is this puzzle the same as the rest you have posted HERE on this thread... I mean, are all answers all still in a related theme to each other? 5. While those who’s throws caused these to fly. To the Gryffindor Common Room its panes must despise. For inside are it’s charges being tormented they say, for they were not to partake in this game with these today. 5. While those who’s throws caused these to fly. Ok.... my first thought.. mainly went with the first part having to do with things that are "thrown." I remember Hermione had birds fly/attack Ron even though they were not thrown, it sort of to me looked like they would go together with the rest of the riddle... SO, back to things thrown.... Pillows? can't be because they did that in the ROR and Flitwick's class instead of the Gryffindor common room. You already said it was not Quidditch balls. I thought they would tie in with the rest of the answers having to do with weather. Fly? Cornish Pixies? Na... way off base with that one. I'll come back to it. To the Gryffindor Common Room its panes must despise. You spelled it panes as in window panes instead of pain as in hurt. SO... I don't recall anything being thrown at or towards the gryffindor windows. I do still have a thought to snow falling with the rest of the answers.. but why would the Gryffindor window panes not like this? Hey... Errol? Naaaa... ;D For inside are it’s charges being tormented they say, for they were not to partake in this game with these today. This goes back to quidditch. The only game that has something thrown or flying through the air... Hey guys... if anyone here would like to take a guess be my guest... One of us might do better than I am at this moment. Now watch... as soon as I step away it will come to me.
