4. The Order was never out of order and I am proof you see. Upon the New Days Dawning, to my rightful power I finally came to be. I was about to say Harry Potter, but the more I think about it... It sounds more like Voldemort. How strange is that?

I"ll peek in and try again if I can sometime tomorrow... but since the next two weeks are going to be insane for me, I don't want to hold things up...

Since Miss C said it's ok I do have a guess for this one. I thought it might be Kingsley Shacklebolt. He was in the Order of the Phoenix, and after the defeat of LV, the New Day, he became Minister of Magic.

5. For I am the head of all that shall be. From the Wizengamot to how Muggles and Wizards live their lives free. The power has been laid upon my shoulders they say, but it is a very precarious time that I stay. I never knew they actually mentioned the head of the Wizengamot... only the members. So, at this time, I'll have to guess Albus Dumbledore. Now I duck for throwing that out there all sudden like, without research. EEEK!

Wrong, but very interesting indeed. I can see how you came to this conclusion that might have a need. The actual answer that is still hidden away, is in fact a position of a person than a person one would say.

OK... thanks for letting us know.. If any of you want to go for it... be my guest. I know this has to do with political figures and that is not something I paid much attention to even within this series. I would have to do some actual digging in the books to answer this one. You guys have fun. I'll get the next one.

Be it Silver or Copper you should be able to find, the size you are looking for or we’ll bite our own behinds. 2. Once the very favorite of both Fred and George. They were to become a threat to their Fireworks that they had so proudly kept stored. 3. I am where you where you should wish to find that Jewel encrusted little pal, or a furry one with four feet be it a guy type or gal. Fur Balls all fluffed the their best, or maybe a white rabbit and hat to help you study for your divination test. 4. In the window to my soul many a wish shall be found, with robes and broom sticks and other sorts of stuff to get you off the ground. 5. The widest array of material you will find, to make a young Witch or Wizard sound of mind. We may direct you to the right or to the left we say, depending upon the subject of the day. Even once in a while a blow hard shall be heard, to blow as hard as a Yeti herd. These are tricky! This one I thought at first might be Madame Malkin's, thinking of material being dress robe material. But I'm going to guess the Book shop instead. Because of the line about being sound of mind, and also the subject of the day sounds like books too. And the right or the left makes sense as the right book could be on either side of the shop. But the blow hard part I'm not sure of-it could refer to Mr Malfoy being in the bookshop and bragging to Arthur-being a blowhard. Anyway-is it the Book SHop?

Wow Fangsfan1, it sure looks like you struggled a bit with this one... Well, you know Fawkes is such a stickler and here is his stick... The actual NAME of the SHOP would be the correct answer. Only because as you might remember, there are several different book shops that are mentioned in the Harry Potter series. So, come back and give the correct NAME of the Book Shop and Fawkes will recognize your first answers time so you will not have to wait a long time between answers. Just wanting to be as fair as possible to everyone... Good Luck and have fun!

The shop is Flourish and Blotts! And the Blow Hard that is mentioned with the Herd of Yeti of course would be our very own Gilderoy Lockhart!
