I see only a resemblance to the peverells and that story going on... but not how this question could fit, so I thought there must be multi-storylines that are all in sync somehow... so... this is the only thing I can come up with to fit in this first way... not the way I had thought before.

3. Though one of the good but forced to run astray. I would be the great supporter who would be ransomed away by the words that I say.

Could the answer possibly be the first brother who got the Elder Wand. THe one who boasted about having an unbeatable wand then was killed because of it. I can't recall his name, but this is all I can think of at the moment.

OH MY! I think this one got all side tracked somehow. If you read both of the riddles I gave with this one you will find that a particular character that is very close to yours and our favorite place here will fit nicely.

Well... was that not what that particular peverell brother did... toot his horn until it brought on his premature death by murder? Well... I'll be back on here in a couple of hours. I'll give it a closer look again and see if I can guess it correctly by then. Thanks.

Yep he was forced to go a way that he didn't want to go just to help try to get his daughter back... THEN you used the word Ransomed... That was what they held her for.
