OK here we go again.... This really shocked me. I clicked on this link the other day and looked at the main man. I kept thinking he looks very familiar but I just can't place where from. Woman in Black..... I've got goosebumps. I've been wanting to see a good chilling scarey movie and have been having a hardtime finding something new. I can't wait.

Fore Shame, Fore Shame Miss Charlotte,,, What kind of Potterphile are YOU? I have just lost faith in the Universe and the belief in Santa Clause and the Easter Bunny too now.... Huddles in the corner and begins to shake Scrunches face and bursts into tears. Wet feathers smell like dirty socks you know?

LOL That DOES look like a good one.
Yesterday, I saw Water for Elephants. As always the book was better, but I thought they did a good job with it. Of course, our dear Cedric Diggory stars in that one.

I just got back from the new "Pirates of the Caribbean movie." I've always enjoyed those, and this was no exception. Only Johnny Depp could ever play Jack Sparrow! LOL

Here is a movie I'm just dieing to go see. See, while in this country as a little child, I have some memories of some of this... Not to mention, it's sad to say some people are still like this to this day. I hear this film is doing quite well in theaters. I'm thinking for once to actually buy the book and read it later. The Help movies.yahoo.com/movie/1810188970/trailerIt's sad to say that there are so many different ways people could be so predjudice.

I read the book this summer and loved it and also heard the movie is really good, hoping to see it sometime. My Aunt, who also read the book, saw it and said she loved it.

Wow... You've never seen it before? I"m so glad you got to now. I just love Timon and Pumba. They are my favorites... and as you said, such a wonderful story. One no one should ever miss. ...... It's October... I"m so ready for some good ghost stories. I wonder, has anyone heard when that ghost movie with Dan Radcliff is supposed to hit theaters?

OK.... went to see this this past weekend with my daughter. I'm reading the book and it seems to have a different beginning so I know from how the book starts out that this film must have a different ending from how the book goes. I"m not going into details so not to ruin things for anyone interested in see or reading this story.
I'll have to say... this is a good ole fashioned ghost story. No blood or guts... well, not really. Still lots of spine chilling moments. Lots of suspense. One thing I loved is that Dan's character has lots of Gryffindor traits. Bravery in the face of fear.
Dan did a superb job. I mean during this film you don't ever once think of harry... you think of the character he's playing. Funny... all of the HP connections. He's playing a father named Arthur. THen the guy who plays Aberforth Dumbledore in DH plays a major role in this film. In the book the author has him getting on a train at King's Cross station. Other than this... it's a whole different story. Sometimes I did get a flash of Grimmuald Place as Arthur was walking around the deserted mansion. Then at the end.... depending upon your look on life, you can make up your own mind if it has a happy or sad ending.
I'd say... just watch it. As soon as it comes available I'm going to buy it. Not all movies I will say I have to have.

I got a movie in from my Netflix queue that I had long forgotten that I had placed on it..
The movie is called "Into the Wild". It is a true story that was released back in 2007.
All I have to say is it is breathtaking, poignant, heartbreaking and a MUST SEE MOVIE!
Let me warn you, you are going to need a box of Kleenex by your side and at some moments maybe some Pepto Bismal to keep your tummy in place... Still all in all, a movie that will open your eyes, make you think, feel and open your mind to the possibilities in our own existences.

I just watched WAR HORSE. It was a beautiful movie, about a boy and his horse. The horse had to be sold to the calvary because the boy's father needed the money. And my favorite actor Ben Cuberbatch was in it, though he didn't have very much to do in it. But I loved how the horse escaped from the germans, and made his way back to the American side, where the boy he'd grown up with, was a soldier. Yep, they reunited. lovely movie.
