Just heard today that Helen McCrory passed away at the age of 52. She portrayed Narcissa Malfoy in the HP films, a character she played very well. RIP

thanks NZ! I'm at my Dad's, and while I heard about her passing, I haven't had a chance to get onhere to do a proper remembrance...so I'll post it now.

Helen McRory played the proud mother of Draco Malfoy, always protecting her son...and in the end, was a part of saving Harry. She passed away on April 16, 2021. Wow. Thanks NZ for posting I had not heard at all. This is the first. I've watched a lot of British made tv shows and seen her for years before she came to the Potter series. She was also on an episode of Doctor Who, but who wasn't? Now this is from memory. I think she played in the movie Casanova with Heath Ledger too. I knew she was a person not to mess with when I first saw her in a early version of The Other Bolyn. I've always loved her from the start. OK I'm rambling.
