Hello there friends.. Yep it's me here talking. OK now for all seriousness here. There are a few things I hope to add to this site.. One... a feel of comfort and fun. Another is a feeling of peace and safety. So this brings up the issue about the private messaging system. I created this site to be one for "active members" to join in on all of the fun... meaning POST.. or one can lurk if that be the case (with one stipulation to be found in a moment. ) There are good and bad issues to have PM's on a site. The good... it can help when we have those little goofs we might need to ask to be edited by admin or mods. SO far, I don't have any problems doing this, and I would be all happy to do this for anyone. Also to relay issues you might be having with the site, or heaven forbid... other members. It's often better to deal with things like this quietly to allow the boards to stay flowing smoothly. After all, we did come here to have fun with our friends. Another good point.. brainstorming.. be it a roleplay or game issue.. it's always good to be able to get together with friends and figure out a way to accomplish things. Ooo Yes. I rub my hands together with my creative juices flowing. . I know there are also other good things that can be done via PM.. BUT... and here is a BIG BUT... I will under no circumstance allow any harassing of any member on this site. If I hear of it taking place via these private messages.. I'll ban that person quicker than you think. But to have proof.. To be fair to the accused, I'll require a screen cap made and sent to me.. If you do not know how to accomplish creating a screen cap, then send me a PM and I will gladly walk you through the process. But you HAVE to keep the offensive PM and not delete it until I have delt with it.. ok? ALL board rules apply not only ON the boards them self.. but in the Private Messages. Remember it is just a courtesy after all. Still you have the BLOCK option. Then there is the block option we all have to block people who are sending unwanted PM's to you. It's found here on your inbox screen. Just click on the little suitcase and follow the directions. i55.TP .com/znv714.jpg[/img] . Now here is a not so BIG BUT... but a HUGE request none the less. If you have more PM's sent than you have as a post count... I think there is something wrong with that picture. JOIN IN. POST.I created this site for members to have fun, getting to know each other by participating ON the board. I see and deem it as abusing the privilege of being a registered member to only come here to use the PM's and not join in on the boards. Don't make me shake a stick at you. I don't wish to have to figure out a way to deal with the abuser. But I will if I must. SO please Please... Join in.. Or lurk if you must.. But please don't use my site as a private owlry. That is what AIM or other IM's are for... then there is a place where that can be added to your name in your profile.. but you have to post in order for others to see you have an AIM or IM to be contacted by. Bottom line... everyone have fun.

POSTING SPOILERS! OK guys... This is a long time waiting. I've been thinking about how we might need a spoiler smiley.. hopefully it's not a bit too late. Now with Pottermore site coming up soon. I know we all might be going there and then coming here and discuss when they have discovered something. I DON"T want to say absolutely NOT.. and as I have said I am a slow reader... AND what I have not mentioned is when I read the books before, I read them without any real time constraints... I could read any time day or night for as long as I wanted or in between Muggle activities... basically, Now, I work two jobs and tend to my teenage daughter AND I try to sneek in a nap or two here and there. I want most for this site to keep being active and have people posting what/when they want without having to hold back. User friendly for ALL memebers. SO... to take a step towards helping all get to have the pure freedom of posting AND reading ALL posts that they want without worry of any spoilers, I am sure by now you all have noticed the Dark Mark Spoiler from JKRs site now added to our lineup of regular smilies. I suggest if we keep ALL our other members in mind, so not to make them feel like they can't click on this site for fear of being spoiled when they do not wish it... If we could PLEASE post what we have to say that might be a spoiler BELOW the Dark mark in our posts.. ABOVE the Dark Mark, is a free posting for everyone to read. Sound good guys? I am going to add this new rule to our rule page for this site. grandpalovegood
