Hello Everyone. This is a general RP, and everyone is welcome to join. You can be a canon character or you can make one up of your own. Be sure to follow the Lovegood Lounge's rules. I'll start. _________
After greeting Tom the Bartender, Hagrid made his way over to the back door of the Leaky Cauldron. He took out his umbrella, and instead of opening it, he tapped a few of the bricks on the wall. Almost instantly, bricks of the wall began to form an archway, leading into another area. Hagrid seemed not surprised by this, and casually walked through the archway into Diagon Alley.
Hagrid noticed that Diagon Alley was unusually full. After a slight delay, he quickly made his way over to Eeylops Owl Emporium and began to check out a few of the owls outside. He was about to go inside, when something caught his attention.

"Hey Hagrid, I hope you have a happy New Year!" shouted Rallem Semaj.

Hagrid turned to see a wizard by the name of Rallem. His face widened into a smile, as he hadn't seen Rallem in quite a while. In a slight rush, Hagrid hurried over towards Rallem.
"Rallem! How've yer been lately?" He spoke in a questioning and jolly tone.

Rallem's eyes saddened at heaing Hagrid's question, and he confided with his old friend, "My son Squib decided to use my old wands as spokes on his new bicycle , so now I came to Diagon Alley to see if I can find a spell to bring him back."

Hagrid thought in his head "what are spokes?" The he spoke aloud, "Well that's not too good Rallem. Tell yer what, since I'm not preoccupied at th' moment, I'll help yer look fer a spell."
He suddenly thought of an idea. "Flourish and Blotts. They get every spell there yer could think of there. That's a great place ter start."

Ollivander notices his hulking friend, Hagrid approaching the front door of Flourish and Blotts.
Moments later, his giant sized pal walked out of the door of the shop with his head hanging low, a dejected look upon his face. Sweat drips from the brow nearly hidden beneath the shaggy hair and beard.
He rushes to the back room of his shop, gathers up hands full, no arms full of half completed and incorrectly formed wands. Wands which for one reason or another refused to be made into a working wizarding device. Many had exploded while their respective interior magical element was being inserted. Others had split and looked like whisks with their wood splintered into star shaped separate tentacles.
A use, finally a use for all those experiments that went so, so wrong... Ollivander was sure that the rumors that he had heard about Hagrids quest was indeed the truth. You see, every wand that Ollivander has ever made, reports the comings and goings of it's owner back to it's maker. Though Hagrid's wand was not in the condition it had once been, it was still reporting the half giants where about as well as adventures. The custom made pink umbrella which protected the remains of Hagrids wand was in reality a wizarding wireless antennae.
