That would be a great JKR like plot twist if it turned out one of those cats was really Mrs Norris all along!
One of my favorite Halloween memories as a kid was when my best friend's mom dressed up and went trick or treating with us and her own family members didn't recognize her.
So-what if you could dress up Arthur Weasley and let him go trick or treating with the Muggle kids? Imagine how much fun he would have examining all the Muggle decorations.

Oh Fangsfan... This is so funny that you would say this. See... a little while ago I noticed the family across the road was having a little Halloween party of their own. One of their guest out in the yard playing some game.... (oh and these are grown ups).. well he was dressed up as a rubber duck. I did a doubletake. ;D Perfect costume for Mr. Weasley.  |

;D Whahaha! A rubber duck outfit for Mr. Weasley! Absolutely priceless. What If, Harry had gotten his permission slip signed by Uncle Vernon. Then there would never have been the chance for him to learn of Peter Pettigrew. Now that's an interesting one! He wouldn't have gotten the Marauder's Map either, right? Then the entire third book would be all wonky and different. The ending would never have been the same either.  Dazzling to think how one tiny act could change so many things! And now I had another random thought... What if muggle-born students introduced the wizarding world to the internet?  |

What if, in the battle at the end of OOP, Dumbledore had defeated Voldemort? Then Voldemort would have been the true owner of the Elder Wand. Voldemort could not have truly have died because he still had more than half of his Horcrux intact. This ultimately would have meant that Vodemort would have killed Harry most likely with the allegiance of the Elder Wand as his and not Harry's. |

Though now that I think of it Duddahs, you are partially correct, because Voldermort could not have been defeated at that time, due to his Horcruxes. |
