What If? What if Sirius Black had told the Wizengamot about Peter Pettigrew instead of staying silent?
That's a good one, it seems as if it would have saved a lot of trouble.

What if Trelawney and Firenze decided to combine their lesson plans and styles of teaching and teach the class together?

What if Trelawney and Firenze decided to combine their lesson plans and styles of teaching and teach the class together? I can imagine the two of them insulting one another casually all the time, for some reason. Would probably turn into the most hilarious class in no time at all! What if Teddy R. Lupin had inherited werewolf traits?

What If, Harry had never actually found the Mirror of Erised in the first place?

What if the Potters actually DID own a car?

What If, Harry had become friends with Draco Malfoy.. Do you think he would have gone to Malfoy Manor over the Holidays/Summer like he did at the Burrow?

What if the Weasleys (Molly and Arthur) actually knew the Potters (James and Lily) back in the old days?

What if the Weasleys (Molly and Arthur) actually knew the Potters (James and Lily) back in the old days? I believe that they in fact did. They were all members of the original Order of the Phoenix you see.

Uh oh... Goodness.. The Weasleys were not back then. They actually are a bit older than the Potters and so finished school before them.. They too were off raising the babies at home the first time the Order was active. I can't remember where it was said, but they only joined the order after Dumbledore knew how close they were to Harry. Isn't there a picture of the original Order with Neville's parents and all of the rest in there? I don't think the Weasleys were there... If so.. then Hey...

I had thought JKR had said that Arthur Weasley was part of the original order but that Molly finally was brought in after her children were older. Seems I have some hunting to do. Yes, I realize that the Weasleys are older as they went to school with Lucius Malfoy and we all know that Lucius is about a decade older than the Potters were.

As far as I know, the Weasleys weren't on the photo of the original Order. Of course that doesn't have to mean that they had nothing to do with the Order at all. Perhaps Mr. Weasley already did some small things for Dumbledore, but wanted to keep Molly and their children safe. And now for something completely different... What if Fluffy had moved in with Hagrid after the Stone no longer needed protection?

One head on the table, two hanging out of the windows? Reminds me of Alice in Wonderland, when she'd grown too big to fit the house... What if Dumbledore hadn't had a beard?

I thought JKR said when asked that they were not part of the original order at all. They were doing their own thing with their families. If I remember correctly when Harry was shown the photo, they said it was a rarity to actually have all of the members there.. even Aberforth showed up and it was the only time he ever showed up for a meeting. I forgot exactly what the books when Harry mentioned something about this topic... I too have some to look up I guess.

I do know that the moment where Harry sees the photo took place right before the scene with the boggart, with Mrs. Weasley. How weird is that? I can't recall which book it is, but I know where the scene is located anyway. All I know is that the Weasleys weren't on the photo, so... if Moody told Harry that it was the entire Order at the time, it meant that the Weasleys weren't part of it yet. I reckon it makes sense if so, since they had a whole family of little children to take care of! It'd be too risky running errands for Dumbledore then...

In that photo, Moody was talking about all the ones pictured who'd been killed. I wonder if they recruited new people to take the place of those who had died and that could be where the Weasley's and Mrs Figg came in?

What if Ron and Harry had never met Hermione and instead took Luna on all their adventures?
