Get's a cup of sugar and a cup of salted peanuts! OH, Duddahs knows just the trick. Takes out a small non stick pan, some butter a little water and adds the cup of sugar over a low heat. Melts it until it becomes caramel. Makes a bag of popcorn in the microwave, then adds the salted peanuts, pours the caramel over the popcorn and peanuts and mixes it up. Spreads it out on a cookie sheet and leaves it to cool. Later, Duddahs will come back and cut it up into 1" cubes for a home made Cracker Jack poppin treats to enjoy with Miss Jenn while we watch our rediscovered new Blu Ray SS DVD. *Drops a Coin* |
