That's what I think too, I don't envy the ones making this movie with so many deaths in the book. But then they have the Nineteen Years Later chapter too so they can end on a happier note.

Well over at the Leaky cauldron... they have hundreds just for DH... I love looking at their galleries best. I think it's rare that any other site will come up with ones they don't already have... Hey did you guys see the one with Xeno out on his porch steps? I guess the DE's just showed up... then to get a look at the Dirgible plums? (I'm too lazy right now to look up the spelling.) But I just loved that shot.

I know the first time I saw him in the first DH trailer.. I was so worried that they might have recast Ollie's part. I like John Hurt and so I was so glad to see him in the trailer later on... that this guy had to be someone else.. I let out a sigh of relief.

Yes I think I imagined he might have red eyes too. Some characters look just like I pictured and some not at all. I know pictured Lupin a lot differently than the actor in the movies.

I agree, Lupin looked nothing like I had him in my mind nor did Aunt Petunia who I saw as a Blonde, same thing for Dudley. But Uncle Vernon and Mad Eye Moody and the FIRST Dumbledore and Harry are exactly what I saw in my head. Ron should have been much taller and Hermione not as pretty. Neville was great as was Draco! I saw both Crabbe and Goyle more as Toughs than how they were portrayed in the movies though. But Sybill Trelawney could not have been more spot on than almost any other than the original Flitwick, the second just seemed too young. Oh McGonnagall was brilliant and I could not envision anyone better than Maggie Smith!

Gregorovitch I thought was in prison.. I pictured that to be a dirty dungeon sort of place... dark and... well, I imagined him to look like a guy version of a hag... missing many front teeth... nearly starved look.. Remember he was old so I thought that he would have grey either greasy or whispy white hair. YEAH... someone who would look like they were picked up by a pirate ship and they forgot about him being in their cell.
Yeah... Voldy with the red eyes. I know they told us why they decided to change that.. but we did get a quick glimpse. Wasn't he too supposed to have snakelike iris's for his eyes?
I remember Moody did NOT look anything like I imagined. But once I saw the film I thought he was perfect.
Yeah... Lupin never did fit for me either... I imagine him looking more run down.. much shorter but not TOO short for a guy.
