Hagrid,,, I believe that Hagrid had a great deal of knowledge to share on the subject which he taught.. As much as I love Remus, I do not see that he was truly qualified as Dark Arts Professor.

Since Hogsmeade is so close to Hogwarts and all of the other students and some teachers are gone for the summer months I would stay in Hogsmeade in a nice Suite at the Three Broomsticks...

Yup, I'd love to see Luna's notes too. Hmmm, I think I'll say learning about Muggles from wizards. I've always thought Muggle Studies would be a fun class, getting to see us from their point of view.

Oh as much as I would love to go to rest at Shell Cottage, I would have to say spending any time with Albus Dumbledore would be a truly special time.
