ooohhh misscharlotte, on number 2, you make a good point, so I've changed the question. I think you'll understand it better now. Your answer for #3 is correct, thanks for playing.
I won't be doing the elimination game over on the other section-- I've got too much else going on, sorry.

1. What is/was Snape’s worst memory?
NO.... it was when he called Lily a mudblood and refused to take her help when the gryffidnor bullies were being mean to him. This caused her to decide that she had given him too many chances and this was the last straw... They were no longer friends anymore. It was the worst day of his life. Answered by miss charlotte
2 When Professor Snape subbed for Professor Lupin’s DADA class, the class was studying a book about magical creatures. Snape wanted them to learn about werewolves, so---what page did he tell the class to turn to? [this was in POA book] (hint—remember the magical trading cards codes to unlock a certain page of cards over on the WB?)
3. What’s the name of that suburb of Cokeworth (Northern England) Where Snape grew up in? Spinner's End. Answered by misscharlotte
4. Hmmmm. What potion would you be making, if our Professor Snape told you to mix powdered moonstone with a dash of syrup of Hellebore?
5. As far as Potions are concerned, what is the difference between Leeches and Leech Juice? Come now, I am quite sure that you know which potion has which ingredient, right?
6. Where was Snape’s Potions office located?
7. Was Snape the ONLY person to have been both a Death Eater and a Member of that Order of the Phoenix group?
8. Is Snape a Vampire?
9 Why did Snape spend lots of time with James Potter and his friends?
10. Which part of Trelawney’s prophecy (regarding Harry) did Snape happen to overhear? (and he reported it to Lord Voldemort!!)
That’s all for now. Have a Severus peppermint!!

I know that trivia are also games.... BUT I always wanted the trivia to be in a place all of it's own so not to be pushed down by people playing all of the other Harry Potter games, while waiting for confirmation on their answers. I"m not promising that I'm going to leave it here... I have yet to hear from others if they like this set up or not. I"m kinda on the line about this myself. Maybe something to get used to... and now those who only play trivia might be tempted to post on other threads as well. 7. Was Snape the ONLY person to have been both a Death Eater and a Member of that Order of the Phoenix group? Yep.

misscharlotte, I like this set up you have with all the games and trivia in one section. You might be able to change the phrase under "Wizarding Challenge" to include "trivia quizzes here", I don't know, I'm not an expert on proboards. just a suggestion. your answer is correct, thank you for playing.
Nz your answer is correct too. thx for playing!!

8. Is Snape a Vampire? Back in the early days, I actually thought that Voldemort was a vampire... I mean, with his obsession of drinking blood from unicorns... and it's never been pinpointed down if the milking of Nagini was for her venomn... for the potion Wormtail was using to help give strength to babymort. It might could have been blood.... right? His skin was deathly white. We had never seen him out in the daytime for the longest... then the clencher was his obsession with trying to become an immortal. Could I be right? ............................... NOT! ;D No... Snape is NOT a vampire.

Page 394
Actually if I remember correctly, you needed to delete the "page" and only type "394" to unlock the special cards page.

Misscharlotte I love your reference to "babymort" that made me laugh. your answer is correct. Nz your answer is correct too, and you remember correctly about the page # to unlock that particular page on the POA cards. Boy those cards were beautiful, weren't they? thank you both for playing. Only a few quick question left!!
Oh...as for question 5..well, sometimes the answer is hidden in the question itself. I mean, you don't HAVE to know which potion has which....I do that sometimes just to be sneaky. ;D

Hmm, let's see if I remember correctly.
9 Why did Snape spend lots of time with James Potter and his friends?
Was it because he wanted to know why they snuck out during certain nights and what they were doing?

5. So---what is the difference between Leeches and Leech Juice? ???Well, the actual difference is one is a living creature and the other is the Juice of a Leech but for some odd reason, I do not believe this is what you are asking for even though this is the actual correct answer to the way your question is worded. :-/Could this be the possible answer you are looking for?Leeches are used in Polyjuice Potion, apparently whole.
Leech juice is used in Shrinking SolutionThis would be what would the different uses be for each of those items so let's see if this fly's... .

Hi people---5-14-12
Just wanted to post this, and I hope you all see it. (It's why I didn't edit my previous post)
I have lost the desire to continue quizzing. I am really sorry. I thought I'd try it for awhile, but I find that I don't enjoy it as much as I used to.
Snorris, thank you for letting me use your quiz thread. that was most appreciated.
thank you to all who played.
