Duddahs, you are very close. Alohamora unlocks doors, whereas this spell locks door. This spell is also featured in the Wizards duel section of Pottermore.

Seen/mentioned: Seen only in Order of the Phoenix, this spell is cast three times by Antonin Dolohov during the battle between the Death Eaters and members of Dumbledore's Army at the Ministry of Magic. There is an incantation, but it was not said due to a silencing charm cast on Dolohov by Hermione. )
I came across this explanation on Wikipedia Spells but this is not really the name of a spell or one that was given a name by J.K. Rowling, from the books or from the movies so it is not really a Canon name for a spell. It is something that a reader made up and posted on Wikipedia. So if this is the answer, I guess that is where it came from. Someone other than the series made it up.
