The answer to number 4 then has to be Beating the Bludgers by Kennilworthy Whisp since it is not the one I originally answered.

So close Duddahs, but the key part of the question is that the author "was a professor" I hope this helps!
[EDIT: Duddahs, I seemed to have made a mistake in this question. The book is featured in Pottermore, but cannot be bought in the Flourish and Blotts on Pottermore. However in the books, it says that it can be bought in Flourish and Blotts.]

So I thought I did in fact cover all the bases with that answer.. I guess I will continue to search but if anyone else comes up with a better answer in the mean time, all my best wishes and congrats go out to them.. Thanks for your consideration anyway NZ....

Both my guesses where written by Hogwarts Professors, both are available in Diagon Alley and both were mentioned on Pottermore. So, I guess it is just a coin toss and here goes me tossing my Sickle. Curses and Counter-curses (Bewitch Your Friends and Befuddle Your Enemies with the Latest Revenges: Hair Loss, Jelly-Legs, Tongue-Tying, and Much, Much More) by Professor Vindictus Viridian This was a book that Hagrid had to pull Harry away from during Sorcerers Stone because he was trying to find a way to curse his cousin Dudley with help from this book.

Having trouble deciding on what courses to take for your next year at Hogwarts? Well maybe you find some help in playing my quiz. All you have to do is identify the class AND name a professor who taught it. Good Luck!
1) In this class you'll learn some very Dark things; it is not for the faint of heart. Unfortunately if you're teaching this class, your future teaching it may not be so certain. What class is this?
2) If you're scared of heights, then this may not be the course for you. Not to worry though, just don't look down! Mind you, we never really look down. We're always looking up, way up, and with the help of an intrument or two, we can see what's interesting and what is not. What class is this?
3) If you're interested in learning how to keep time or learning how to properly use a certain instrument, then this is your course. Classes for this course are held on the 5th floor, and as for the Professor, I hear it is a certain male. What class is this?
4) In this course, you'll learn a variety of ancient symbols, most of which is represents an ancient alphabet. Don't worry, contrary to my last known Professor's name, this course is not boring and does not consist of pointless lectures. What class is this?
5) So you're a green fanatic? Then I think you've just found the perfect course for you. This isn't your typical Hogwarts class; it's not even taught in a normal classroom, but rather out in a wonderful place of green. What class is this?
