While watching ABC News New York, a commercial break announced the upcoming London Theater smash hit show "Matilda" the musical.
Low and behold the announcer was none other than the voice of Michael Gambon.... Dumbledore himself in all his audible glory... Mumbling and all!
The show is supposed to be spectacular and I have friends who were witness to it in London's south end... They said it is one of Dahl's triumphant masterpieces..
A must see for it's opening preview show... I love buying the tickets for preview as they are usually the best seats for great show that might come my way for years to come and it is always a great excuse to go to one of my favorite New York City restaurants and a weekend stay at a Four or Five Star Hotel..
I love camping out at the Sofitel, the Muse or the Edo, or, or, or... The Giraffe or the Ritz Carlton Battery Park (too many to mention), I can go on and on but will check out and see what I find for the weekend of the show with the best deal and the best accommodation ratio.
